 IF YOU LIKE WEIGHTLIFTING, WATCH THIS MOVIE! This is a great documentary about the golden age of body building. All the top athletes of the era are in it, with heavy focus on Arnold and Lou. Good stuff! Lover of Arnie movies As much fun as it was 25 years ago. Watching Arnie reminds me of Tiger Woods; at least one step ahead of his competitors at all times. Hearing from the participants in the film was also interesting. Pumping Iron Love this movie. I am a personal trainer and workout junkie. I watch pumping iron before going into the gym to get motivated! Amazing period in time for the bodybuilding industry and some amazing talent and personalities as well. Will continue to watch this classic over and over again. greatest movie ever for bodybuilding! If your into bodybuilding at all-this movie is a must see!! it has giving me more inspiration than any other thing I've watched or read. I've seen it 10+ times since I bought it,and plan on seeing it many more times. immediatly after watching you'll be rushing to get back to the gym and pump harder than you ever have before...you will not be dissapointed! | |||||||||||||
